Refund Policy

This is how Refunds are processed on Montagio:

ALL REFUND REQUESTS must be received within 20 days of purchase date

1. Payment is made by the Student and Order gets confirmed

2. Teacher receives the notification and needs to ship the product

3. If Student requests for refund BEFORE teacher SHIPS the product, then Teacher needs to notify the Admin to refund. In such a situation, Admin refunds the purchase price to student minus the paypal transaction fee of  $0.30

4. If Student requests for refund AFTER teacher SHIPS the product, then student needs to correspond with teacher and explain reason for refund. If Teacher agrees, then STUDENT needs to ship the product back to Teacher and once Teacher receives the product back, then Teacher can send a note to Admin to refund the amount (provided it is within 20 days of purchase date). Admin will then refund the student the purchase price minus the paypal transaction fee of $0.30

5. After 20 days, Teacher would have received payment from Admin and in such cases, Student has to correspond directly with teacher to get refund from teacher (Although PayPal allows upto 60 days for refund requests, per Montagio terms, buyers need to request the teacher directly for refund after 20 days)
